Japchae (Korean glass noodles) 잡채


Many of y’all have been requesting for mkmk’s Japchae. Wait no further! We use korean potato starch glass noodles. Soaked for an hour in mushroom broth before cooking, and stir fried with bell peppers, onions, carrots, shiitake mushrooms. Finished with spinach and strips of omelettes and sesame oil and seeds. Its very aromatic and taste extremely delicious, great to share or as an appetiser before having one of our mains.
